JOB OVERVIEW:

The Senior Campaign Operations Analyst, CRM will provide technical expertise in developing and maintaining business applications supporting Enterprise Marketing systems for the purpose of Campaign Operations. Create technical design specifications from business/functional requirements that will enable enhancements and efficiencies to Campaign Operations toolsets. Work with internal stakeholders to clarify campaign requirements including channel, audience, and business event in order to configure and provide the requested specifications for a campaign. Deliver on functionality and unit test development work to ensure quality. Proactively identify potential problems and issues and actively communicate and manage issues to resolution.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Provide technical expertise for CRM campaign applications.

-Participate in the development of functional requirements and design specifications as appropriate.

-Develop, create and document technical specifications and designs from which applications and/or technical solutions can be developed that satisfy documented business / functional requirements.

-Provide programming and technical expertise to ensure campaigns function according to business and technical requirements. Prepare and deliver technical documentation as required.

-Ensure that all code / technical configurations and other work products are thoroughly unit-tested prior to delivery. Participate in system/integration testing as appropriate. Perform code reviews and other QA steps as requested.

-Proactively identify and communicate potential problems and issues to project team members/leaders. Proactively identify alternatives and recommend/implement solutions as appropriate.

-Ensure accurate project status and work estimates are always reported / communicated to key stakeholders in a timely fashion.

-Effectively communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure issues are analyzed, discussed and resolved in a timely manner.

-Consistently enhance skills and job knowledge by researching new platforms and techniques to continuously evolve our campaign space.

-Work closely with the end-user community in an internal customer support role, answering procedural and data questions, assisting users with report development and use of the campaign operations tools, and working with cross-functional partners to trouble-shoot.


REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

-3+ years' experience with highly complex guest data segmentation

-Strong understanding of CRM, analytics, reporting and data warehouse architecture.

-Hands-on experience with major campaign platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.

-Familiarity with comprehensive communications trigger logic

-Highly developed analytical, problem solving, with strong ability to quickly learn and comprehend business processes and problems in order to effectively develop technical solutions.

-Ability to collaborate and partner across organizations within company, including BI and IT teams.

-Experience programming in SQL

-Demonstrated competency in designing, developing and testing complex campaign workflows.

-Demonstrated competency in accurately identifying the scope of work and detailed schedule estimates.


REQUIRED EDUCATION:

-Bachelor's degree in IT-related discipline or equivalent experience (BS / BA in MIS, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics or Engineering)

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

-Understanding of Adobe Campaign application

-Experience working with large datasets

-Experience with large database systems (Oracle & Snowflake preferred)

-Experience with PL/SQL Developer

-Experience with advanced analytics tools (Alteryx, R, Python)

-Knowledge of restaurant or retail business
