JOB OVERVIEW:

The Associate Compensation Analyst provides compensation support and consulting, reporting to the Compensation Manager. Under the close supervision of the Compensation Manager this role will act as a compensation resource for HR leaders, provide management with reporting, and analyze and review information to provide compensation recommendations.


The successful candidate will develop an emerging understanding of compensation theory, practices, and applicable regulations in the role.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Use existing policies and procedures to conduct job analysis and market studies for positions throughout the organization.

-Use existing policies and procedures to review requests for promotions, demotions and other pay adjustments and make recommendations.

-Facilitate the annual compensation review process under close supervision. Provide reporting and insights throughout process.

-Respond to compensation benchmarking surveys.

-Provide support for projects.


REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

-Individual should possess one to two years of relevant professional experience.

-Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

-Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and planning skills and excellent results orientation.


REQUIRED EDUCATION:

-Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, accounting or related field.
