The Executive Assistant will primarily provide administrative support to the SVP Human Resources, EVP Operations and other leaders in Olive Garden.


-Provide executive level administrative support to multiple leaders

-Provide administrative support to other leaders when needed

-Maintain calendar in Outlook and coordinate scheduling of appointments, meetings and calls

-Handle information in a confidential manner with high integrity

-Interact professionally with all levels of the organization as well as outside vendors and partners

-Serve as liaison between brand leadership team and other RSC/Operation Teams

- Provide support as needed to any Human Resources and Operations workflow/projects (eg., backup for TA duties, coordinate field calls/meetings, support DO/GM Conference meetings etc.)

-Complete major job responsibilities with limited direction

-Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries

-Manage and keep assigned departments in running order (ordering office and other supplies, arranging for upkeep of office and equipment when necessary)

-Prepare and audit expense reports

-Screen/route calls; take clear, concise and accurate messages

-Proactively handle and resolve routine issues

-Update and organize files and maintain files

-Involvement in special projects; creating reports

-Schedule, coordinate, and follow-up on staff and other required meetings


-Minimum of five years administrative professional experience in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and multiple supervisors

-Expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Strong Outlook skills


-High school diploma or equivalent


-Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision

-Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills; enjoys working with multiple customers; is courteous, creative, enthusiastic, positive, and customer oriented professional

-Ability to provide exceptional customer service focus with all levels within and outside of the organization; including frequent interaction with executives

-Ability to self-start and engage appropriate resources as needed-work independently on most aspects of job

-Ability to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion

-Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment while using sound judgment to make accurate, efficient decisions

-Excellent organizational and follow-through skills, attention to detail

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with other departments, and outside contacts

-Flexibility to work overtime, if needed


-Post high school secretarial course work or college courses

-Prior experience reporting to Executive levels
